We met Yelim and Sorin at the very beginning of the new year. They were a young charming couple, polite, soft spoken, yet cheerful and delightfully personable. We were charmed by them immediately.
The wedding day. It was a cozy wedding, just family, relatives and close friends. There were guests from all over to celebrate with them. Like any other there is the morning getting ready, lots of excitement and bustle. There would be a first look upon arriving at Cleveland Dam followed by a brief photo shoot. The first look was simple and sweet.
The ceremony was something different. Once the ceremony was underway we witnessed their more private and emotional side. We saw the shared glances. The subtle tightening of held hands. We saw the nods of agreement during the officiants reading of scripture. The sincerity of their eyes when they spoke their vows. We saw that they were fully open and accepting of their new journey together. We saw how there was a perfect synergy between them, and there is a certain dynamic in their relationship of honesty and devotion to each other that the pieces simply fall into place effortlessly.
Love is beautiful.
